We read every message. Include your device type and iOS version if you're reporting a bug — it helps us track it down faster.

If you're in crisis right now

Savi is peer support, not an emergency service, and this support inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately — Savi's in-app crisis resources can point you to one for your region.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or safety reasons — see the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel Savi Plus?
Savi Plus subscriptions are billed and managed through your App Store account, not in-app. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Someone made me uncomfortable — what can I do?
You can block or report another member directly from the conversation or their post. Blocking is enforced immediately and applies to both messages and closing notes. If it's urgent, email us and we'll follow up.
Is Savi a substitute for therapy?
No. Savi is peer support — people holding space for one another. Listeners are peers, not licensed professionals, and nothing in the app is medical, legal, or mental-health advice.
